Day 1: Arrive Hanoi

Fly from Delhi/Mumbai (direct, ~4.5 hours). Arrive Noi Bai airport, hotel check-in, evening walk around Hoan Kiem Lake, dinner at a local Hanoi restaurant. Try bun cha (grilled pork noodles) — a Hanoi speciality.

Day 2: Hanoi City Tour

Full day: Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Museum, One Pillar Pagoda, Temple of Literature, Hoa Lo Prison Museum, Old Quarter street food walk. Evening: Thang Long Water Puppet Show.

Day 3–4: Ha Long Bay Overnight Cruise

The crown jewel of Vietnam. Board your cruise at noon, sail through 1,600+ limestone islands. Highlights: Phong Nha cave, kayaking, beach swim, sunset cocktails, seafood dinner. Wake up to morning mist over the bay — magical.

Day 5: Ha Long – Fly to Da Nang/Hoi An

Disembark by noon, drive back to Hanoi, catch afternoon flight to Da Nang (1 hour). Transfer to Hoi An (30 min). Evening: stroll through the lantern-lit Ancient Town.

Day 6: Hoi An Ancient Town

UNESCO World Heritage walking tour: Japanese Covered Bridge, merchant houses, tailor street. Vietnamese cooking class (book in advance). Bicycle ride through rice fields. Evening: lantern release on Thu Bon River.

Day 7: Departure

Morning at leisure. Optional: My Son Sanctuary (nearby Cham ruins). Transfer to Da Nang airport, fly home.
